Quality improvement is an ongoing function used to monitor, evaluate and improve the effectiveness, efficiency, quality, access and cost of services for Progressive Residential Services, Inc. (PRS). Continuous quality improvement activities provide monitoring of all aspects of programming to ensure the agency is meeting the needs of individuals served and maintaining high standards. This review process includes Continuous Quality Improvement Plans, Strategic Planning, Information Management Measurement Reports, Health and Safety reporting, Assessment to Annual Barriers to Service Delivery, Incident Report Data and Analysis, and Risk Management monitoring. Reports meet CARF and funding source standards. Reports are reviewed and distributed annually to the Board of Directors, agency staff, and other stakeholders.
